SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship to most countries worldwide, with a handful of exceptions. Please contact us with where you would like us to ship to so we can give you more details. Alternatively, search for your country on this list.International Shipping Costs
International shipping costs a flat rate of R800 for 1-4 pairs of shoes and R1100 for 5-10 pairs of shoes. Please note that any customs duty costs upon arrival in your country are to be settled from your own account. International shipping does not include customs duty costs, nor does it include any form of insurance for lost, damaged or stolen products from our store. Once the package has left our premises, it is beyond our control to change any address. To ensure the proper delivery of your package, please ensure that your provided address is complete and correct with all necessary information, including apartment/room/suite numbers.International Dispatch Time Frame
Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours (unless otherwise communicated) from the moment your order has been confirmed. Please note that during sale season/pop-up events hosted by Bela & Co we may experience a delay in shipping. You will be notified via social media/email if there is a delay in dispatching your order. Please take note that all products purchased over the weekend and on public holidays will only be shipped during the next working day.International Tracking
Orders can be tracked via the DHL website using the tracking number. A shipping order confirmation email with all relevant information will be sent to you once your package is in transit. This depends on where you are located, how long customs clearance is likely to take and any other elements that may impact shipping time. (Very) Occasionally packages are returned to us marked as ‘undeliverable’. Should this happen, every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. In the unlikely event of an undeliverable package, DHL will send it back to us and we will contact you to determine how we can get your package to you. Unfortunately, due to the logistics of international shipping, no refunds, returns or exchanges are possible for our international clients. Therefore, please get in touch with us BEFORE placing your order so that we can assist you in being 100% certain that you are purchasing the correct size. We will not be able to process any exchanges, returns or refunds, so you must be completely sure that you are ordering the right size. Bela & Co is an online retailer and does not have a physical retail store. All South African orders are shipped via Fastway, a third party service provider. Deliveries only take place from door to door. Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk passes to you once your order has left our premises. Please note: we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. You will be required to sign for delivery, therefore we recommend that you provide a daytime address where someone will be able to sign between 9am and 5pm.Location

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy within South AfricaRefunds
There will be no refunds issued on any Bela & Co Products, unless otherwise indicated by Bela & Co or where alternative arrangements have been discussed with a Bela & Co representative. We regret no credit notes.Exchanges/Returns
Please notify Bela & Co within 48 hours of receiving the item/s by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting an exchange for a different size or style. Please bear in mind that we can’t guarantee that we will have the same style in the alternative size that you request. Items must be returned in the same condition that they were dispatched in. The purchased pair of shoes will be inspected upon their return and should they meet the requirements for exchange (unworn, no damage, pristine condition, etc.) then an exchange may be facilitated. However, please note that no exchanges are possible for any sale items. Should the pair you wish to exchange differ in price, you will be required to pay the cost difference between pairs.
We are happy to share the costs of an exchange with you within the allotted exchange period. If you would like to exchange your pair for another, we will pay for the cost of the courier to get your pair of shoes back to us, where we will exchange them for your desired pair. Thereafter, you will cover the cost of the courier for the shoes to be delivered to you. Should you subsequently wish to exchange the pair again, both courier costs (to us and back to you) will be covered by you. For this reason, we urge you to pay careful attention to our sizing suggestions so that you place the right order the first time. The sooner you’re able to enjoy your shoes, the happier we all are!

We shall take all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the description, availability, purchase price and delivery charges of goods on the website. We shall not be liable for any loss, claim or expense relating to a transaction based on any error unless it is due to our negligence.
Promo Codes / Coupons
Bela & Co reserves the right to issue or retract any coupons/promotional codes at any given time, without consent and details. Coupons are redeemable only within the stipulated period and will be deemed useless thereafter.
Coupons will be limited to one (1) per person and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Promotional codes are to be used upon checking out on the Bela & Co website; this is where the discount will be applied and automatically calculated.
Gift cards are delivered by email. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
In no way or form can an online purchase be exchanged/returned at a pop-up store. Online purchases will have to follow the correct online exchange protocol to exchange an item.
All pop-up sales are final and cannot be exchanged with online merchandise.

Bela & Co makes use of certain third party services and is not responsible for the practices and/or privacy policies of Third Party Websites or the “cookies” that those sites may use.
Use of such Third Party Websites is entirely at your own risk and we are not responsible for any loss, expense, claim or damage, whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising from your use of such Third Party Websites or your reliance on any information contained therein.
We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the website. We may investigate any reported violation of these Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the website).
