Where do we ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide, with a handful of exceptions. Please contact us with where you would like us to ship to so we can give you more details.
How much does shipping cost?
International shipping costs a flat rate of R800 for 1-4 pairs of shoes and R1100 for 5-10 pairs of shoes. Please note that any customs duty costs upon arrival in your country are to be settled from your own account. International shipping does not include customs duty costs, nor does it include any form of insurance for lost, damaged or stolen products from our store. Bela and Co is not liable for any lost, damaged or stolen products from our store.
How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?
Unfortunately this is not possible. Once the package has left our premises, it is beyond our control to change any address. To ensure the proper delivery of your package, please ensure that your provided address is complete and correct with all necessary information, including apartment/room/suite numbers.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours from the moment your order has been confirmed. Please note that during sale season/pop-up events hosted by Bela & Co we may experience a delay in shipping. You will be notified via social media/email if there is a delay in dispatching your order. Please take note that all products purchased over the weekend and on public holidays will only be shipped during the next working day.
How do I track my order?
Orders can be tracked via the DHL website using the tracking number. A shipping order confirmation email with all relevant information will be sent to you once your package is in transit. The onus rests on you to track your parcel’s whereabouts and to confirm that you are present to receive the package on the delivery date.
How long does delivery take?
This depends on where you are located, how long customs clearance is likely to take and any other elements that may impact shipping time. On average, it usually takes about three weeks but we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive within that time. Please note that Bela & Co has no liability for any events that could delay delivery such as lockdowns, customs, government restrictions, natural disasters or any other acts of God.
What happens to undeliverable packages?
What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
Please enquire with your local DHL depot as to the whereabouts of your package, using the tracking information that was sent to you via email.
(Very) Occasionally packages are returned to us marked as ‘undeliverable’. Should this happen, every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. In the unlikely event of an undeliverable package, DHL will send it back to us and we will contact you to determine how we can get your package to you. Please note, however, that this additional shipping cost will be for your own account.
