Bela & Co is an online retailer and does not have a physical retail store. All South African orders are shipped via Fastway, a third party service provider. Deliveries only take place from door to door. Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk passes to you once your order has left our premises. Please note: we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. You will be required to sign for delivery, therefore we recommend that you provide a daytime address where someone will be able to sign between 9am and 5pm.

Where do we ship to?
Absolutely anywhere within South Africa. Bela & Co appreciates our overseas fans but we do not ship internationally at the moment.

How much does shipping cost?
There is a standard shipping cost of R 99.00 on all purchases.

How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?
We can only update your shipping address before shipment, so please notify us of any errors or changes as soon as possible. Once the package has left our premises, it is beyond our control to change any addresses.
To ensure that your package can be properly delivered, please make sure that your address is complete and correct with all information including apartment/suite/room numbers.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours from the moment your order has been confirmed. Please note that during sale season/pop-up events hosted by Bela & Co we may experience a delay in shipping. You will be notified via social media/email if there is a delay in dispatching your order.
Please take note that all products purchased over the weekend and on public holidays will only be shipped during the next working day.

How do I track my order?
Orders can be tracked via the Fastway website using the tracking number. A shipping order confirmation email with all relevant information will be sent to you once your package is in transit. The onus rests on you to track your parcel’s whereabouts and to confirm that you are present to receive the package on the delivery date.

How long does delivery take?

• Outlying areas (4-5 working days)

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
If your order has not arrived after six working days please send us a message (including your order number) via email to and we will get in contact with you as soon as possible to ensure that your order arrives safely.

What happens to undeliverable packages?
(Very) Occasionally packages are returned to us marked as ‘undeliverable’. Should this happen, every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.
