Juttis are special – we know that & so do you. It’s why you’re here, after all! They’re special because they’re comfortable, beautiful & form themselves to match your feet, resulting in truly personalised footwear BUT the sizing can sometimes be a bit odd.
Please pay careful attention to the following tips regarding sizing.
P.S. Juttis and Mules have different recommendations, so read carefully!

 Finding the Perfect Fit!

Juttis & Loafers
  1. What is your normal shoe size? If you aren’t sure, check out our UK to SA size converter.

  2. Would you describe your feet as narrow, normal or broad?

(If you specifically purchase shoes for broad feet or particularly look out for broader cuts when purchasing shoes, then one's regular shoe size is ideal!)

  • For narrow/normal feet, we generally recommend selecting your juttis or loafers in one size smaller than your usual shoe size as they tend to be a bigger cut.

  • For broad feet, we recommend selecting your usual size in our juttis or loafers

By using the above suggestions, select your favourite pair and try them out. Remember that genuine leather softens and stretches with repeated wear, so a pair that has a slight pinch now will probably be just right after a while. You should also remember that our juttis and loafers are unique in that they aren’t made with a right or left side, so if they don’t feel quite ‘right’ when you try them on, swap the shoe to the other foot.

Chappals & Mules
  1. What is your normal shoe size? If you aren’t sure, check out our UK to SA size converter.

  2. Would you describe your feet as narrow, normal or broad?

(When we refer to “broad” we mean if you specifically purchase shoes for broad feet or particularly look out for broader cuts when purchasing shoes)

  • For narrow/normal feet, we generally recommend selecting our mules in your usual shoe size.

  • For broad feet, we generally recommend your normal size but a size bigger might be more comfortable for you.

By using the above suggestions, select your favourite pair and try them out. Remember that genuine leather softens and stretches with repeated wear, so a pair that has a slight pinch now will probably be just right after a while. You should also remember that our mules are unique in that they aren’t made with a right or left side, so if they don’t feel quite ‘right’ when you try them on, swap the shoe to the other foot.

There’s nothing worse than waiting excitedly for your juttis, loafers or mules to arrive, only to realise that you ordered the wrong size. Please make sure that you read through the above carefully to ensure that you are selecting the right size for your juttis, loafers or mules.
